1. Cancellation period
According to the French « Code de la Consommation » (Art. L121-16) on home shipping, the client has a 7 days cancellation period as from the delivery date to return the products to be reimbursed. All products must be sent back in their original condition and package. When returning the items, clients endorse all charges, hazard and riskiness. Previous to any return, clients must inform Naelys of the cause of the return by email. Naelys will then give the client a reference number which is compulsory for the return of the goods (no return accepted without a reference number).
Caution : In order to fight against reproduced or illegal copies, no refunds or exchanges possible on the CD-DVD section, except concerning visible irregularity on non-conformity of the goods.
2. Refund
For any cancellation, Naelys undertakes to reimburse the client, either by re-crediting the bank account, or by sending a check to the person who placed the order (same name, same address), within 15 days.
All claims must be sent with the invoice number, written directions of the client, and the reasons of the claim. The right of return only applies to undamaged and complete items (with the wrapping, accessories, manuals …) with a copy of the invoice.
Caution : Incomplete, damaged or spotted items will not be taken back.
3. Agreement on returned products
Any return must be made under formal merchant - client agreement. Naelys can, upon request and free of charge, replace or give a credit note for any goods with visible irregularity or non-conformity, provided the exclusion of any other compensation, amends and damages. |
